When we raise your invoice, the system automatically emails it to you. However, if you cannot find an invoice and need a copy, you can get it directly from the system.
- Click the [My Account] button
- Click the [Invoices] tab
- Click the print icon to the right of the invoice you need
- Now you can either print or save your invoice; alternatively, use the email icon to email it.
To find a specific invoice, enter a date range and click [Search].
Your user account must have Administrator privileges to access the My Account section.
